The QSMP Logo. It's a blocky earth in the Minecraft style with real-life versions of a sailboat, two Seattle needles (or perhaps UFOs) sticking out of the water, the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, California, a ferris wheel, and a rocket ship taking off. The letters QSMP sit boldly in front of the blocky earth with an exciting red line swirled around it.

What is the QSMP?

QSMP is a modded minecraft survival multiplayer server (SMP part of QSMP) started by Quackity (Q part of QSMP) on March 22nd, 2023. Because it's modded, there are many things that are present that wouldn't normally be present on a minecraft server: animals, machines, guns, and famously eggs, to name a few.

The server is very role-play heavy for a minecraft server (compared to other servers that are essentially just friends playing together on it), as the creators play characters (sometimes more than one!) and plan out what they want and how they want their character to interact with the story. In the behind-the-scenes, Quackity has an army of admins writing, planning, and running various accounts to make the story happen, so it's not just the players themselves putting everything together. The QSMP is also known for uniting content creators from around the world who otherwise would have never met, utilizing live translation technology to keep language barriers to a minimum. These two crucial things are what distinguishes the QSMP from the Dream SMP despite sharing similar names to those unfamiliar.

On top of the fun and comedic looney-tunes-esque humor, there are times when the story becomes very serious and very real, a psychological horror-thriller resulting in tragedy, touching many and inspiring them to create brilliant fanworks relating to the server and its wacky characters. Feel free to jump in at any point on social media! (There are always people who will love your art, headcannons, theorizing, whatever!)

How can I keep up with the QSMP?

Since there are 43 members, keeping up with everyone is literally impossible, especially because not everyone speaks the same language or streams on the same platform! Thankfully, there are many ways to keep up with what's happening both officially and unofficially!

What about watching my favorite creator(s)?

Unfortunately, since most of the creators stream on Twitch, there is a two month cap on VODs (previous livestreams) and then they get deleted once they're older than two months. There are a few creators who take preservation seriously, and you can enjoy their stories in full. However, for the rest, you'll have to rely on fan preservations of VODs either on random youtube channels or by scouring archive.org for uploaded videos.

Here is a spreadsheet containing all QSMP VODs and a link to the remaining ones. Individual VODs will be linked when applicable.

General Content Warning

Despite being a fun Minecraft server, there are often real-life portrayals of serious topics. Those topics include but aren't limited to:

While it is a fictional story in one of the most PG games avaliable, your mental health matters more. Take caution when consuming streams and fan content. The more seriously triggering topics will have their own warnings before each respective page.

As of January 10th, Forever has been kicked from the QSMP for good reason. You can read about it here. However, since this is supposed to be an archive, Forever will still be mentioned and treated as a character until his removal.

As of March 4th, Wilbur has been kicked from the QSMP for good reason. You can read about it here. However since this is supposed to be an archive, Wilbur will still be mentioned and treated as a character until his removal.
