After a somewhat pessimestic speech from Tubbo to the people of the server and trying to get them to their side, Quackity pulls Tubbo aside. He asks if they should execute Ranboo on the spot, considering he was outed and confirmed a traitor.
Tubbo explodes at him, saying how horrible that was, and to ask him of all people! That scenario is way too similar to Tubbo's for him to give the okay on it.
Techno and Dream head back to Techno's house to meet up with Phil. Techno shows Dream his wither vault, but now containing only enough resources to construct six withers. Techno doesn't reveal how many more he can build, how much he has stashed away from Dream's prying eyes.
But Dream lets Techno in on his plan. He's going to build a TNT machine above L'manberg to automatically dispense TNT over the city. With Techno's six withers serving as both an excellent distraction as well as a way to keep destroying the city, L'manberg will be a complete mess.
Phil's on board with this plan, ready to get back at L'manberg for how they treated both Techno while he was peaceful as well as locking Phil up when he dared to defend Techno. They deserve to pay; they're corrupt.
But Techno doesn't want Phil hurt in the crossfire. The more Phil bugs Techno about it, Techno finally agrees to Phil's participation. However, Techno gives Phil a few totems of undying just in case.
Ranboo goes back to his panic room, confused on how Dream got ahold of his memory book. Out of no where, Dream's disembodied voice appears and tells Ranboo that he needs to remember, that he only writes down what he wants to remember into his memory book. Ranboo's done other bad things in the meantime, things that have hurt his friends.
The Dream voice says that it's not really Dream, but a manifestation of the very real things that Ranboo did and is subconsiously guilty about.
Ranboo is still confused about the memory book. He opens it up to find that the book itself has been replaced with a replica, and the only thing written in the book is a sideways smile. :)
Ranboo panics and blacks out, but not before an aggravated enderman noise is heard.
His stream ends with a spooky Dream smile but painted to look like Ranboo, and sad Undertale music plays in the background, Fallen Down.

Niki realizes that she doesn't want to ally herself with someone who's caused more problems than solved them, and teams up with Fundy to destroy the little resources Tubbo and Tommy have managed to collect. After this, Fundy snaps as he isn't taken seriously again. He isolates himself in a distant corner of the server.
Quackity debates running away from L'manberg for good, taking his one and only prized possession, a skeleton horse named Boner, with him. However, he ultimately decides to stay and fight for L'manberg.
Jack also expresses that he doesn't want to help Tommy or fight for him or L'manberg because he's tired of Tommy walking all over him. He finally splits from L'manberg despite being there from the very beginning.
In an effort to find more allies and gather more resources, Tommy tries to smooth things over with Sapnap. He swims out to the middle of the ocean and finds the original fish that Sapnap released at the end of the pet wars, named Mars, and brings it back to him as a peace offering. Sapnap agrees to help fight for L'manberg.

Technoblade arrives with his dog army half an hour early, surprising everyone who was still getting ready. He builds six withers in the middle of L'manberg and sicks his dog army to attack anyone who tries to fight them.
Dream works on his machine above L'manberg, building a giant obsidian lattice or grid-pattern in order to set off and release dozens of TNT. With Techno's distraction below, he isn't noticed or bothered by anyone.
In the meantime, those who either haven't allied themselves with Tommy and Tubbo or who are actively working against them must make a decision. Do they stay in L'manberg and fight, or do they flee? Ranboo manages to escape relatively unscathed. He watches the chaos in front of him before fleeing to his bunker. Niki and Eret watch from the sidelines, cheering on Techno and his dogs. Jack fights back against a few of Techno's dogs, but loses his 3rd canonical life. He drags himself back from hell anyways.

Techno and Tommy get into an argument as to who betrayed who. Was it Techno who went behind Tommy's back as to what his true intentions were towards L'manberg? Or was it Tommy who only saw Techno as a tool to get what he wanted?
L'manberg is in pandemonium. TNT continuously drops, exploding every second it can. Withers are screaming and blowing things up. Tommy and Techno are shouting over each other. L'manberg is gone.
To add insult to injury, Niki finds some unexploded TNT and brings it over to L'mantree, the last surviving tree in the area that has been there since the hotdog van. She blows it up, killing off the last memory of the place.
Techno deems the area destroyed enough, and he and Phil retreat, leaving the ex-residents of L'manberg to kill off the remaining withers. TNT still rains from above.
Tubbo, Tommy, and Quackity all head up on top of the lattice to stop Dream from sending anymore TNT below. However, they're too late. L'manberg is destroyed. Dream was just cleaning up.
When the three approach Dream, saying that he'd have to get through them if he wanted to hurt L'manberg any further, Dream gleefully tells them that he'll never kill Tommy; he's too fun to have around. Dream leaves the scene of the crime.
The three break the machine, but it doesn't help much. L'manberg is too far gone already. The world is silent now, the constant explosions are gone. The withers are dead. But so is L'manberg.
Tommy, Tubbo, and Quackity look down on their city, or what used to be their city. They, along with Ghostbur, sing the L'manberg anthem to the crater below them.
There are ugly bits and pieces of L'manberg's buildings left and a few lanterns float above the wreckage. Otherwise, nothing remains.
In the destruction, Ghostbur's library, which contained 90% of the important books on the server, was destroyed along with Friend the sheep. Ghostbur is uncharacteristically angry at Phil because of this. This is one of the few times that Ghostbur shows any other emotion other than blissful confusion.

Why by Derivakat
Ranboo climbs out of his bunker once the majority of the damage is done. He finds two unexploded pieces of TNT on the ground and pockets them, saying that he remembered something to do with TNT. He passes Phil on the way back. Since Ranboo no longer has a place to live, Phil offers Techno's cabin as a place for him to stay in the meantime.
Ghostbur finds Phil and Eret discussing the damage. He wants to be resurrected into Alivebur again. Even if Ghostbur will no longer exist.
