Dream meets with Eret in Eret’s throne room. Dream threatens Eret's kingship since he thinks Eret’s been getting too chummy with Pogtopia and needs to remain neutral. Eret refuses to back down since those used to be his friends and has had a change of heart since the betrayal so long ago. Dream revokes Eret’s crown and names George the new king of Dream SMP. Eret seeks out Pogtopia, ready to amend his wrongdoings and fight for L'manberg with his old friends.

Tubbo and Quackity meet on top of a tower outside of Manburg. They have a quick talk about who they think the traitor is. Quackity thinks it's probably Tommy since Tommy has the motivation to want his discs back from Dream and it would be someone that they'd least suspect. The others have some evidence that they could be the traitor, but Tommy has the most and is labeled public enemy number one.

Either way, they face a decision: they fight for L'manberg or they run away. On the count of three, they will choose a side of the tower that represents each choice. One, two, three! They both agree to stay and fight for L'manberg, convinced that they're the only two that can be ruled out as being the traitor.

All those fighting for Pogtopia meet in the ravine. Scraping together what little they have, it's obvious that they don't have much between them.

Technoblade realizes that his side is severely underprepared for war. He ushers the group to his personal base and then reveals a secret vault that he's been working on for months, grinding for resources. He destributes them to his allies.

This is a screenshot of Techno's stream. He stands in his vault. It is covered floor to ceiling in black bricks. Some tiles of the floor are replaced with bedrock. A hallway of chests line the hall and five armor stands with full netherite armor sit at the end. Each column of chests are labeled with what's inside. Techno holds a trident in his right hand.

The Pogtopians enter Manburg and start fighting Dream, his allies, and a few neutral parties. As the two sides fight, it appears very evenly matched. Techno is a powerhouse, knocking down everyone left, right, and center. But on the other hand, so is Dream.

Soon Dream asks for a cease-fire and to speak to Wilbur in private. Dream wants to surrender. Schlatt was an idiot and he wants to show something to everyone.

This is a screenshot of Wilbur's stream. He stands on one of Eret's towers and shoots a bow at people in netherite armor down below in Manburg. His webcam shows Wilbur concentrating on his shooting.

Dream leads everyone to the original van in Manburg where Schlatt is sat on the ground, drunk and armorless. The camaravan is run down and mimics the brokenness of the man on the floor. After Schlatt gloats about how the country is ruined by his hands, Wilbur tells Tommy to shoot Schlatt in the head. But before he can, Schlatt dies from a (presumed combined) heart attack/stroke. Schlatt loses his final life.

This is a screenshot from Wilbur's stream. He stands in the camaravan. It's been rebuilt out of wood, cobblestone, and dirt. Schlatt stands in the middle of the van. There is a crafting table to his right. Quackity is in the lower lefthand corner, looking up. Eret crouches behind Schlatt. Technoblade stands in the far back of the van. Other people wearing purple netherite armor can be seen, but it is unclear who they are or how many people are there in the screenshot. Wilbur's camera shows Wilbur turned away from his screen, rubbing the back of his neck.

Victorious and a little confused on how easy it was, the Pogtopians return to L’manburg now that Schlatt is gone. Wilbur offers the podium to Tommy, calling him Mr. President. Tommy steps down, saying that he has his discs to look for since Dream still has at least one. He gives the presidency back to Wilbur.

"It was meant to be." - Tommy, in his victory speech

Wilbur takes the stage and also declines the presidency, saying that he's learned from Technoblade that governments aren't all that. He gives the presidency to the only other person he can think of: Tubbo.

This is a screenshot from someone's stream. It shows Tubbo standing on the Manburg stage speaking into the microphone.

Tubbo accepts the presidency and says a few words for L'manberg to a round of applause. He then asks everyone to help take down the festival decorations. While taking them down, Tubbo asks Tommy to be his VP in L'manberg. Tommy agrees. They start to make fun of Dream since there was no traitor after all.

Throughout this interaction, Dream taunts Techno by whispering to him about how his friends started a government right in front of him. Techno realizes that he can’t stay silent anymore and holds Tubbo at gunpoint while Tubbo was distracted taking down the Festival decorations. Tommy tries to jump in and defuse the situation while the others stand in shock. In the meantime, Wilbur sneaks off to press the button.

A screenshot from someone's stream. It shows the button room underneath the Manburg stage. It looks the same as it always did. There are signs on the walls reading snippets of the L'manberg anthem.

He is curious to see if the button still works. If he still can press it. He reminisces about the words he's written, that there was a special place. At one point. But it's gone now. And it will never come back. It's over now. He needs to press the button.

A disembodied voice asks, "What are you doing?"

It's Philza, here to check up on his son.

Phil (Philza Minecraft, the Angel of Death)

  • Regularly interacts with Wilbur, Tommy, and Techno outside of the Dream SMP, so him joining was a complete but inevitable surprise.
  • He was streaming something else at the time he joined the SMP, surprising his audience.
  • Canonically Wilbur's father, but the fandom has also expanded the dynamic to include him as Tommy and Techno's father.
  • Canonical wife is a Samsung smart refridgerator, but his IRL wife, Kristin, was made the canonical Goddess of Death.
  • Ruled with Techno in an Anarctic Empire on SMPEarth. Also played in MCC and Minecraft Mondays.
  • But what he's known for the most is playing Hardcore Minecraft, where if you die, essentially you cannot play on that world ever again.
  • Because of this, Phil only has one life on the SMP.
  • He has a crow motif, based on how well he can fly with an elytra. But since the end is banned, so are elytra. The fandom has interpreted this to mean that Phil has wings but cannot fly due to injury. His chat is also personified as crows.
Philza's casual minecraft skin. It's Urahara from the anime Bleach. He has light skin, blue eyes, and platinum blond hair that is in his face. He wears a green and white bucket hat on his head. He is dressed in traditional Japanese attire: a black haori over a dark green Shihakushō without an undershirt. The haori has a white diamond pattern near the bottom hem. He also wears traditional wooden sandals.
This is a drawing of Philza, Wilbur, Tommy, and Techno. Philza stands in the middle of the drawing, wearing the same outfit as his minecraft skin. However, he wears a black undershirt with a red minecraft hardcore heart on it and sleeves ending in fingerless gloves, also with the hardcore heart on them. He also wears black socks with his wooden sandals. He has large black crows wings on his back. In between the wings is Tommy drawn as a baby in a backpack. He looks angry and is giving someone the finger. Phil is struggling with two child leashes, one of each is attached to a backpack worn by Wilbur and Techno, drawn as toddlers or younger children. Techno's leash is in Phil's right hand, which is behind his head in the struggle. Techno's backpack is a pig's head, as Techno is depicted as an anthropomorphic pig. He wears a red sweater and grey pants, and is trying to pick up a dagger on the floor. Wilbur's leash is held in Phil's left hand, and he is trying to lift Will up with it. Wilbur's backpack is hidden by his brown wings that stick from his back. Wilbur is lying on the floor, limp and presumably pouting. The background is a plain white.Art by @tallaroo on Tumblr
This is a drawing of Philza. He is wearing the same clothes as his minecraft skin. There are two drawings of Phil facing away from the camera showing off his wings and cape respectively. The left drawing is labeled Hardcore and shows Phil wearing slightly more loose and flowy outfit. He also has black crows wings. The right drawing is labeled Dream SMP and shows Phil's more traditional minecraft skin, but he also wears his hardcore heart wrist sweatbands. The wings are substituted for a cape.Art by @afimeatur on Tumblr

Philza appears behind Wilbur in the button room, trying to talk him out of pushing the button. Wilbur tries to justify his actions, saying it was the only way.

"You might've heard of a saying, Phil, by a traitor....It was never meant to be.” - Wilbur

Wilbur pushes the button, giving a salute as L'manberg explodes behind him.

This is a screenshot from Wilbur's stream. In it, he is facing L'manberg through the hole he made. L'manberg in the background is pitted and in dissaray, with more TNT explosions still happening. A lot of the holes are being flooded from various water sources. Phil is crouched in the bottom left of the screen, also looking out at the damage. Wilbur's face cam shows him very relieved, holding his face in his hands, and sinking down in his chair.

"My symphony, forever unfinished! If I can't have it, no one can!" - Wilbur

Wilbur begs Phil to kill him, as the explosion didn't. Phil initially is hesitant, but as Wilbur passes him a diamond sword, Phil follows through.

Wilbur dies, losing his last life. Everyone in L'manberg watches from the hole blown through the side of the button room, still in disbelief that Phil had joined the server.

This is a drawing of Wilbur. From his silhouette, he wears his Pogtopia outfit. He holds a conducting baton in his right hand, and is posed to look like he is mid-conducting. The entire background is an explosion of red, orange, and white.Art by @haissitall on Twitter
This is a drawing of Phil and Wilbur from the waist up. The drawing is in black and white. They are embraced; however, Philza holds a sword in his right hand that impales Wilbur through his back. There is red blood around the puncture wounds, the only color on the drawing. Philza is wearing his minecraft skin's outfit. Wilbur is wearing his Pogtopia outfit, except he is wearing a beanie on his head and upside down cross earrings.Art by @starlitcrows on Tumblr

The city is blown up in a chain reaction. Once the dust settles, and everyone starts to calm down from what Wilbur just did and the fact that Phil had joined the server, they realize that Techno is set up to release two withers, monsters in minecraft that have insane amounts of health and carpet bomb the land below to attack.

Techno gives a speech, asking if Tommy wanted to be a hero and then relating Tommy to the Ancient Greek story of Theseus. Theseus was a hero. He saved his town, his people, by killing the beast that haunted their country. And the people still exiled him, still hated him. That was his reward.

“Do you want to be a hero, Tommy? THEN DIE LIKE ONE!” – Techno

This is a drawing of Techno standing in front of two minecraft withers. Techno is smaller, in the middle of the frame. He wears a pig skull and points forwards, cape billowing behind him. The two withers are skeletal. Each one is a ribcage with three skulls, one where a normal skull would be and two on each shoulder joint. Beacons of light shine out of each empty eye socket of each wither. Smoke fills the bottom of the screen.Art by @clearmillerart on Tumblr

Techno places the wither skulls which summon the withers. They rise into the sky and start attacking the crowd, doing more damage to L'manberg below.

Dream and Techno run around, chasing down and killing those who are fighting against the withers.

Eventually, they kill the withers and the dust settles again. Techno and Phil greet each other and catch up on what's going on. Techno wants to move up north, away from everyone else. Phil wants to stay behind and see what happens. The survivors must now rebuild their city.

"Congratulations, Tubbo! You are now the president of a crater!" - Wilbur, before logging off and never streaming the SMP again

Tommy and Tubbo meet on the bench outside of Tommy's house, listening to a music disc and watching the sunset.

This is a drawing of Tommy and Tubbo. They're sitting on a wooden bench, Tommy on the left and Tubbo on the right. Tommy's arm is draped around the back of the bench, hand lifted like he's making casual conversation. The background is a burnt orange, the color of the sunset. There are bits of tree and grass along the bottom to show they're outside.Artist currently unknown
