Ghostbur does his best to keep Dream occupied but doesn't do a good job in convincing him that Techno doesn't know where Tommy is. Ranboo is getting ready for the festival when he realizes that his memory book is gone. He freaks out since it has everything in there in regards to his activites in helping Techno and Tommy and going against L'manberg. If anyone found it, they could blackmail him extremely easily. He looks all over for it until he finds it in his house. It's not in the chest he left it in, though.
Tommy and Techno travel to L'manberg to get the last of Techno's armor and weapons. They find Fundy and Ranboo getting ready for the festival. They pressure them into handing over the rest of Techno's things. When that doesn't work, he threatens to release two withers.
Techno releases them, but helps take them down when Fundy hands over the rest of his things. Fundy steals the nether stars from the killed withers, and Techno starts to torture Fundy to get them back along with some extra information, that L'manberg is hosting a festival soon.
This is great news! Techno and Tommy head out, thinking that the festival will be the perfect opportunity to sneak around L'manberg and find Tommy's discs.
On the way back, they pass by the community house, and Tommy makes a passing remark that he'd like to blow up something of Dream's for once just to make him feel what he felt.
Techno smiles and says that he thought he'd never see the day where Tommy had his point of view on things. He tells Tommy about his plan to destroy L'manberg that he's kept hidden from Tommy this whole time.
Tommy's unsure about things now. He doesn't want L'manberg to be destroyed, but Techno has proven to be a loyal ally in helping him get his bearings after exile and search for the discs.
Ranboo, in the meantime, builds an obsidian bunker outside of L'manberg just in case and calls it his panic room. He believes his belongings aren't safe in his current house, so he's going to store his important stuff here.
He begins to think that this whole thing is stupid, that New L'manberg is stupid, and that people shouldn't be allying themselves with places or nations but with the people inside.
Ranboo is friends with Phil, and by extension, with Techno, who is in direct opposition to Tubbo and L'manberg. He doesn't want to choose, and he wishes that everyone could just come to an agreement with each other since they don't necessarily hate each other, just what they stand for.
"People shouldn't choose sides! They should just choose people!" - Ranboo
