Season Three: Las Nevadas, Chapter One

If you haven't watched this stream, I highly recommend viewing first hand. The Las Nevadas streams are incredibly cinematic and well-made to the point where they can be considered movies and not just livestreams. I would consider checking them out instead of reading the summary.

Las Nevadas, Chapter One - Quackity

March 16th, 2021

The stream starts with a few cinematic shots from around the SMP. A quote flashes on screen reading, "May the best day of your past be the worst day of your future" before the words "worst day" become highlighted in red. The energy gets more intense as the camera settles down on Schlatt's grave in between the flashes of thunder in the rain. In the background, a chest can be heard opening, and there's a muffled conversation between Quackity and Schlatt. It's unknown if this is a new conversation or old audio from a past stream. The screen remains black as it opens to a new scene.

Chapter 1: The Introduction

The camera refocuses on the prison before it cuts away to one of the giant towers built on the server. Blood vines cover the sides and spill over the top. It's still raining. Quackity meets Bad at the top of the tower. It's a bit tense meeting together, as last time, they didn't exactly declare each other enemies, but they also left with the understanding that the other person would not compromise themselves to seek peace.

Quackity, unsure whether or not this is a trap, asks why Bad brought them up there. Bad tells him that Quackity keeps getting in his way. Well, of course Quackity's getting in the way, he told Bad he would.

Quackity tries to explain to Bad that he's just an asset to the Egg. The Egg doesn't give him anything. Bad doubles down and says that Quackity would never understand it, that there is a larger purpose to it.

He's getting frustrated with Bad and says Bad's wasting his time. Why bring him all the way up to the tower just to try and explain something he doesn't understand anyways?

Bad only wants Quackity to stay out of his way. Because Quackity doesn't think Bad knows what real power is, he's going to show him.

A scene plays out where Bad and Quackity travel across the SMP to Las Nevadas, but the camera stops just short of showing off the casino's formidable outline.

Chapter 2: A Lost Soul

The stream starts again at one of Quackity's cow farms. There, he finds a book, that sounds astonishingly like Schlatt, that tells him to follow the minecart tracks.

Quackity is also wearing a new skin, dressed in fancier apparel, and now has a red scar over his left eye, from when Techno killed him during his execution.

Quackity's casino skin. His face remains the same, but now there is a faded scar over his left eye. He wears a white button down shirt, a red scarf or tie around his neck, grey dress pants with suspenders and gold accents, and black dress shoes.

The tracks lead him to a cave outside of the L'manberg ruins. At the bottom, he finds a gym, complete with various exercise equipment, but most importantly, Schlatt's ghost, Glatt. (As a note, "Glatt" is more of a joke and poking fun at Wilbur, so I don't consider Glatt to be a seperate character). A screenshot from Quackity's stream. It shows a large stone cave with various oak slabs and stairs placed to mimic weight training equipment. Schlatt's ghost stands on one of the platforms attempting to squat large anvils. On the walls are various posters for inspiration, some of ripped older men, but most of edits of Minecraft Steve on ripped bodies. One of the signs names this place as the 'Big Man Gym.' A screenshot from Quackity's stream of the gym from another angle. Quackity's webcam shows him laughing at how it looks.
Schlatt's ghost skin, or Glatt. He looks exactly like his old skin but now his skin and hair is a desaturated grey. His tie and suit remain the same color as they once did.

At first, Schlatt doesn't notice Quackity enter, as he's trying his best to squat some anvils, but as Quackity makes himself known, Schlatt gets mad and starts to chase Quackity out. Quackity tries to explain what happened and how Schlatt called him there, Schlatt welcomes him back down (after making him pay an entrance fee, of course.) Quackity doesn't want to stay for any longer than what's necessary. Schlatt's still just as foul and addicted as he was in life.

As they banter for a bit, Schlatt mentions that he's glad that Quackity showed up. Since he's a ghost, he'll disintegrate in the sun. The only two other people ("clients") that came to see him is someone who wears a beanie and has a horrible accent (Wilbur) and a smaller kid who sounds a lot like him (Tommy) who sounds like Courage the Cowardly Dog complaining about Dream killing him. There was also another guy, someone who spoke Spanish, looks suspiciously a lot like Dream, and who was talking a lot about a book that could bring people back to life. But he hasn't been in a while, and Schlatt doesn't speak Spanish. Since Schlatt can't leave the cave, he wants Quackity to go out and get the book for him.

Quackity doesn't like Schlatt enough to do it for free, if at all, but he has a good idea. He tells him about his business ideas, Las Nevadas, and proposes a bet. Should Schlatt win the bet, Quackity will get the revival book from Dream and revive him. Should Quackity win, Schlatt will not be revived and must work for Quackity in Las Nevadas. They shake on it, and the screen fades to black.

Chapter 3: Quackity Visits Dream

The scene opens to Quackity and Sam standing outside the prison. Quacktiy wants to make his first visit to Dream, but Sam is a bit hesitant.

Quackity thinks that Sam is unreliable, especially with the security breach and what happened to Tommy. That isn't what he's looking for in a business partner. He can't keep the visitors safe.

Sam counters by saying that it's his job as the Warden to keep the prisoners locked up, not keep the visitors safe. Dream still holds power in the form of the revival book. That's too much power to be wandering the SMP, so he's going to do everything in his power to keep Dream locked up.

Quackity suggests to take the book away so that Dream can't have that sort of power anymore, but Sam stays unsure. He asks Sam if he can bring in a diamond axe and sword instead of surrendering all items beforehand. He'd get that book no matter what. Quackity reassures Sam that he'd never kill Dream, only use just enough force to get Dream to surrender the info.

Despite how unsure and uncomfortable Sam is, he still lets Quackity enter and keep his weapons. As they walk through the various security measures, Quackity doesn't sign any of the waivers. Right before Quackity gets onto the bridge to head over, Sam tells him that if he's going to do it, do it right and passes him a pair of shears.

Quackity finally crosses the bridge and meets Dream in his cell. They talk for a bit, a little bit about Tommy's death, and Dream is incredibly curious as to what the outside world thinks about it.

Quackity really doesn't care. He's only there for one thing: the revival book. Dream says he doesn't have it anymore. He burnt it a long time ago, but he still has the information memorized.

Quackity threatens Dream to hand the info over. Dream is a bit unsure but doesn't take his threat seriously. However, Quackity pulls out his axe and sword and places them on the wall.

Dream starts to panic. Visitors aren't supposed to bring things in! He yells for Sam, but Sam doesn't answer.

Now it's Quackity's turn to laugh.

“It’s simple, Dream, alright? You’re gonna tell me all the knowledge you have in that fucking book or I’m gonna come here. Every. Single. Fucking day to make your life hell.” - Quackity

Dream yells out for Sam again.

The scene ends.

Chapter 4: Epilogue

The scene transitions to Quackity walking along the Prime Path covered in blood. He stops at the poster for El Rapids. He removes each of the faces from the poster, George, Sapnap, and Karl, but leaves his own face. He begins to tear down the country block by block as past conversations play out, reminding Quackity of the fun and history of the country.

A screenshot from Quackity's stream. He's standing on top of one of the buildings in El Rapids and tearing it down with a pickaxe. He's covered in blood.

Once El Rapids is completely gone, Quackity revists the poster, finally tearing himself off the poster.

A screenshot from Quackity's stream. He's standing looking at the El Rapids poster. There are multiple spots where Quackity tore down Sapnap, Karl, and George. The only other recognizable faces on the poster is Quackity's and Hillary Clinton.

Suddenly, the stream cuts to real life. Quackity crumples the last frame with his hand. Underneath, there's a calendar that says "Visit Dream" on every day with the first crossed off. An open suitcase is flung into the scene, scattering a pair of scissors and loose poker chips. The stream ends.
