Foolish still isn't afraid of the Egg. His summer home hasn't been taken over with bloodvines, and he's doing a good job at killing any that he comes across with soul fire. He meets with Sam to ask if he wants to help clear some of them out. Sam is all for it, but right now, he's worried about Hannah. He asks Foolish if he's seen her lately.

Foolish says he hasn't, but that he's also seen some weird behavior from Ponk. Foolish finally cleans out the unlit TNT Ponk left in his statues while Sam takes care of some of the stray bloodvines making their way across the sand.

Suddenly, Bad, Ant, and Ponk appear. Ponk gives Foolish one last chance to join the Egg. Foolish declines. Ponk threatens to blow up his summer home. Foolish calls their bluff as he already removed all the TNT.

But Foolish didn't know that Ponk hid more TNT in a different statue in secret. They light that one, destroying the statue and some of Foolish's home. Ranboo and Tubbo hear the commotion and come over to see what's going on.

Despite just having his house partially blown up, Foolish still isn't intimidated or scared by the Eggpire. He's a totem of death and used to be the god of the oceans and skies before this. He's a pacifist. He has not and will not kill anyone on this server. However, that doesn't meant that he won't defend himself against potential threats. Foolish calls down a bolt of lightning from the sky that strikes inches away from the members of the Eggpire. Finally, they're scared off and retreat.

Ranboo and Tubbo are impressed with Foolish's powers and follow the Eggpire just out of curiousity.

Foolish picks up the broken pieces of his statue, saying that he knows that Bad, Ant, and Ponk are not the bad guys here. They're being controlled by the Egg, the true villain. But he's just glad that they didn't find or hurt a specific statue, one that is super well-hidden in his summer home. Is this where Foolish gets his powers from?

In the meantime, Ranboo and Tubbo attempt to spy on the Eggpire and are scared off multiple times. Eventually, they give up, as Ranboo points out that Tubbo only has one life left and it would be silly to lose it there.

Foolish meets up with Ranboo and Tubbo back in Snowchester. When Foolish warns that Snowchester might be next on the Eggpire's list, Tubbo assures Foolish that they have a state of the art defense program. Besides, the vines were already there, and Tubbo had since destroyed them. They're not coming back, and it looks like they're safe for now.

In the commotion, Sam leaves Foolish's summer home to look for Hannah. He goes to her house and finds it completely covered in vines again. To make matters worse, the normally vibrant pinks and reds are now drained to a grey. The red roses around the property have also turned white. Sam realizes that Hannah must be trapped near the Egg, so he prepares for a fight and gathers holy water from the Church Prime.

Sam enters the Egg Room, where the Egg starts speaking to him. Sam ignores it for the most part, finding Hannah in the obsidian box, weak and also drained grey. He hands her holy water, and she drinks it, but that doesn't seem to be helping. Sam breaks her out of the box, and the two leave.

Hannah's leeched skin. It looks like her regular minecraft skin but her whole outfit is now grey, dark grey, and white. The only pop of color is her dark brown hair, her green eyes, and the green leaves from the flowers up her arm and across her hair.

Hannah says that she can still hear the Egg talking to her, coaxing her back to the room. Sam doesn't hear anything but tells her to try to ignore it for now. They get back to Hannah's house, and Sam starts to burn the blood vines with soul fire. Hannah says that she still doesn't feel good. Sam tells her to go lay down inside.

Just their luck, as Hannah disappears inside, Bad and Ant come over the hill. They ask Sam where Hannah went. Sam denies knowing. The Egg is still talking to Hannah, and she sneaks out the back of the house to watch Sam's conversation from a distance.

Sam manages to convince Bad and Ant to leave, that he doesn't know where Hannah went, and they eventually take off. Hannah comes out of hiding, and Sam tells her to stop listening to the Egg despite how tempting it is. They finish burning the vines on her house.
